that builds corporate brands through
dynamic special events and facilitates, coordinates, and
executes personal events of all shapes and sizes from weddings
to bat mitzvahs and more. We provide services such as event
planning, event coordination, consultations, venue
recommendations, vendor contract negotiations and design

Lead
Event Coordinator
Dawnet Davis
has been planning events
for over ten years. She has planned events such as weddings,
birthday parties, corporate parties and much more. Dawnet has
earned her certificate in wedding and event planning. With her
expertise of events planning, she makes events come to life.
Dawnet has coordinated events at locations such as the Seattle
Space Needle, US Bank, Columbia Tower, Hyatt Hotel, and Landmark
Convention Center. She has planned events for corporations such
as K&G Superstore and Rayna's Hair Studio, among others.
Recognized for her calming attentiveness and professionalism
among her peers and clients, Dawnet is well known for pulling
off the impossible and still keeping cool under pressure. Always
keeping an eye on her clients' best interest, each event she
plans is unique, making her a standout among an elite group of
event and wedding coordinators.

Assistant Event
Coordinator
Kimberly Neil
inherited the
event planning gene from her mother. As such, she
began planning
parties, fundraisers, and school functions at a young age. She
attended the University of Washington where she majored in
English while running a campus magazine. She has a penchant for
detail and organization that makes her invaluable to A Piece of
Cake Events and clients. Kimberly is happiest when busiest and
is dedicated to making every event wish into a reality. Mentored
by Dawnet Davis, she is an up and coming talent on the event
planning scene.
Event
Coordinator
Althea
Stovall has lent
her proficiency to planning events for 29 years after getting her
start when asked to coordinate a banquet at church. Since that time,
Althea has planned banquets, weddings, birthdays, going away
parties, baby and wedding showers. Althea has worked with many of
Seattle's premier venues including the Seattle Grand Hyatt, Spirit
of Washington Event Center, Doubletree Hotel, and Columbia Winery;
along with the Troutdale House in Portland. Her meticulous approach,
unrivaled communications skills and desire for excellence take the
hassle and stress out of putting together an event.
Althea takes pride in each and every one of the events she works on
and provides
top-tier service every time.

Event Coordinator
Kristen Foss has
been assisting in the design and coordination of events from a young
age. Her recent work has involved planning Weddings, Galas,
Fundraisers, Award Ceremonies, Auctions and Outdoor Cinema Series.
Her experience in the event planning industry has led to her work
with many vendors and venues throughout Washington. She is sought
after by cliental for her organizational skills, resourcefulness and
in depth experience. She is attentive to clients’ needs and
dedicated to seeing their visions through.
